- Stable unit of authority: who asked, what authority was requested, what policy applied, what decision happened, what evidence proves it — invariant as workflows compose
- Authority layer: authorizes each high-risk action at execution time — not via standing credentials or after-the-fact logs
- Action authority: whether this exact action is authorized right now (distinct from IAM access)
- Authority Sensors: read-only view of authority surface health — stable, watch, and new actors
- Not: IAM replacement, custody of funds, generic AI agent platform, broad production deployment claims
